February 7, 2026, the 3×3 world record was smashed by a 10-year-old child from Poland. In the past, previous world records were beat by mere hundredths seconds. However, the last record previously held by 7-year-old Xuanyi Geng (3.05s) was just beaten by .29s with a time of 2.76s. This record will change the cubing world forever, and will likely take years, or maybe even decades before it is beaten again.
